Progressive Coaching

Definition - A total approach to coaching football.  Giving players what they want and need to be successful on the football field and LIFE.   We call this progressive coaching because it is the "Hollistic Approach" to coaching ball.

The history of "Progressive Coaching" originated from a presentation given by my good friend, Coach Richard Scott and myself at a clinic.  The response was overwhelming and thus, our term of "progressive coaching" was born.   This class for those coaches looking beyonod the X's and O's.   The class promote teambuilding, leadership and life lessons while using the football field as our classroom.   Great coaches like Mack Brown and Pete Carroll are used as examples as being Progressive Coaches.

A recent clinic attendee said:

This upcoming season will be my second year coaching youth football.  I learned some very key points which I intend to incorporate this year.  I especially appreciated the team building session given by Coach JT and I’m excited about being better equipped to making our boys become a cohesive team.

Thanks again for coordinating an awesome clinic and I look forward to future attendances.
