" For Youth, as it crosses the threshold into manhood, football has become a rallying point to build courage when courage seems to die, to restore faith when there seems little cause for faith, to create hope as hope becomes forlorn."

– General Douglas MacArthur

How many times have you heard Head Coaches complain about having "too much practice time"?  Answer is...NEVER!   Practice planning is a skill that can be developed over time and through experience.

Practice Planning is a skill developed by trial and error by learning the system developed by Coach JT over his last 25 years of coaching.  Coach JT teaches coaches what they have to cover in each practice to be successful. Coach even discusses how to avoid a "bad practice".

Here is what one youth football coach and administrator said about Coach JT's presentation on Practice Planning:

I wish to commend your organization for including Coach JT in your list of speakers at the  Clinic.   As the President of a youth organization  I must build a strong communication program between our coaches and player.   Coach JT provided the insight in building practices plans that are very simple and understandable for a beginner coach to follow.  The means in which he communicated his objectives and ideas were right on point  that provided information to coaches in terms of developing skills and fundamentals in football players.    Your clinics should look to secure coaches of Coach JT’s experiences toward building clinics in  the future.  Great Job in selecting Coach JT.
